Introducing a Trickster Co x Barnacle Foods collaboration. Barnacle had the chance to partner with Crystal Worl, co-founder of Trickster Co, to make this sweet, smoky, salty, and deeply satisfying kelp seasoning (think next-level blackened seasoning). Together, they dreamed up this kelp-infused seasoning, inspired by the flavors and traditions of the Alaska Coast. Beachside fires and rich billowing smokehouse steam, salty sea, with a hint of sweet. For best results: coat and rub seafood, meats, or vegetables with a generous layer of seasoning and sizzle over flames or in a pan at medium-high heat.
